Come have a drink at the bistro
We have put in place a wine list consistent with our menus, offering wines from different horizons in order to enjoy a wide variety of grape varieties and wine regions. In addition, since this year, you will be able to find our beers on tap, mostly from the Coaticook Microbrewery and the Hop Station Microbrewery, also in Coaticook.
Finally, we have put in place a cocktail menu with many inspirations from different horizons in order to offer a variety of drinks for everyone and at all times, by offering both classic and unique cocktails.
