You will be able to find at any time quality menus and for the major part of our menu, home-made dishes. Thanks to the experience of our chef Alexandre L’Écuyer, a native of Sainte Catherine de Hatley, you will discover a cuisine full of freshness and novelties, while keeping in mind the importance of “home-made” which is extremely appreciated and is generally a symbol of quality.
Privatization
For all privatization requests, please call us directly to reserve our dining room. Privatizations are available for groups of at least 15 people and we can also make menus on request if we have the time to prepare them in advance.
Home-made menus for gourmets
In view of our location at the foot of the Mount Pinacle trails, we have decided to set up several menus in order to offer everyone a menu that corresponds to him. Alexandre puts his know-how and expertise at the service of the bistro in order to offer a more elaborate formula that will please everyone, with a menu that varies every 2 weeks in order to offer a nice diversity of products according to the season.
Quality wines and unique cocktails
We have set up a wine list consistent with our menus, proposing wines from different horizons in order to enjoy a wide variety of grape varieties and wine regions. In addition, since this year, you will be able to find our beers on tap, mostly from the Coaticook microbrewery and the Hop Station microbrewery, also in Coaticook.
